- Before you buy, be sure to request a trial account. We've set up a trial account so you can test it out, and if you're not satisfied, don't buy long-term service.
- When your Internet speed is slow, you will not be able to view and use our services. iptv-smartythen request a refund.
- The large team is always ready to respond 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and if you can't configure the service iptv-smarty on devices you have for any reason, this will not include refunds. Please consult and learn the necessary configuration tutorials.
- If you have made a mistake in the choice of service and made the payment, you can contact our sales team on the contact page. Our team will review and accept and make the refund.
- If your account expires 7 days later, the refund request will be accepted.
